Starting at just 14 years old, Shawn Moir spent his summers learning the ropes of the restoration business from the ground up. What began as hands-on experience quickly evolved into a dedicated career. He earned his certification as a restoration technician and found a strong footing managing the content and personal property side of operations.

With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of the emotional toll property loss can take, Shawn takes great pride in restoring not just buildings, but people’s cherished belongings. His passion extends beyond the job site, being an advocate for team well-being, creating a work culture where staff feel valued, supported, and proud of the work they do.

Committed to the Windsor-Essex community, he plays an active role in supporting local businesses and building meaningful relationships across the region. As a Sole Focus Project ambassador, he champions mental health awareness, especially within trades and frontline workforces. He’s also proud to have helped raise funds for local charities that make a difference right here at home.

For Shawn, it’s not just about fixing what’s broken. It’s about rebuilding with care, community, and compassion.
