President

With over 16 years of experience in the restoration industry, Dylan Parker leads with a combination of technical expertise, hands-on knowledge, and a deep sense of community. As a second-generation restoration professional, Dylan grew up in the business, learning the values of hard work, integrity, and compassionate service from a young age.

Dylan holds a Triple Master Designation from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), which includes:

• Master Water Restorer
• Master Fire and Smoke Restorer
• Master Textile Cleaner

Beyond this, he has earned numerous other IICRC certifications, reflecting a commitment to staying at the forefront of industry best practices and delivering the highest quality service to every client.
